Delivered to Northwest Orient as N371US in 1966. To JAT as YU-AGJ in 1974 then to Florida West Airlines as N740FW in 1987. Leased to Millon Air as N851MA in 1991 and returned as N740FW in 1992. To Das Air Cargo as 5X-JET in 1993, Allied Air as 3C-QRO in 2002 and Hewa Bora Airways as 9Q-CKR in 2003. Withdrawn from use at Kinshasa by 2011.
