slide scan from the NK collection. - BEA Airtours operated seven Boeing 707s between 1971 and April 1974, when the airline was renamed to "British Airtours". All of their 707s were powered with Rolls-Royce Conway engines. 1960-built G-APFD was finally registered as N888NW and broken up at Ft. Lauderdale in 1986.
