WJ768, WJ775, WT206 and WT305 were four Canberra B.6s converted to Radio Countermeasures aircraft, also referred to as Canberra B.6(RC). WT305 was withdrawn from use in November 1976, de-modified and put on display at the Wyton main gate. She was scrapped in 1989.
