This 1978 Cessna 152 was imported to Canada in 2013. Initially with the Calgary Flying Club, the trainer was bought by Académie Aéronautique in 2018. On a training flight with a student and instructor on board, it landed at Hawksbury, ON on February 20, 2021. The runway was snow covered and during the roll out the nose wheel dug in and the aircraft flipped on it's back. No injuries to the two on board, but substantial damage occurred to the airplane.
