Delivered in 1946, Mosquito B.35 RS712 was converted to a TT.35 in 1951 and served with various training units. Bought by Mirisch Films in 1963, the aircraft was among several Mosquitos appearing the the movie 633 Squadron. It also was in the 1969 Mosquito Squadron movie. After two years of storage, it was part of the Strathallan Collection 1971 - 81 before sold to collector Kermit weeks, who brought it to his Tamiami, FL museum after restored to flying status in the UK by 1997. It's currently on loan to the EAA Museum. This photo is copyright © Gary Vincent, and may not be used or published in any way without permission.
