Delivered to Aviogenex as YU-AHX in 1971. Modified to a Tu-134A-3 by 1982. Returned to the Soviet Union in 1990 and registered as CCCP-93930. To Aero Tumi as OB-1489 in 1992 then to Imperial Air in 1994. Withdrawn from use at Lima in 1994 and scrapped by 2011.
