On short final for Rwy 14 at Plaisance in the evening. HAL's Passenger Variant Dornier (PVD) was handed over on 06 Apr 2022 to the Government of Mauritius. It is powered by Garrett TPE-331-10 engines driving five-blade propellers. This Do-228 is the latest addition to the Maritime Air Squadron and helps to better connect the Outer Islands.
