Delivered to the Government of Colombia in April 1963 as HK-1012X, this Beaver would fly for Aero Taxi (HK-1012) before exported back to Canada in 1970. First CF-XPD with Gander Aviation 1971 - 88, the format had changed to C-FXPD after late 1978. Sold to Newfoundland based Thorburn Aviation, the floatplane flew seasonal wilderness tours 1988 - 2023.
