On display inside the hangar of museum ship CVS-11 USS intrepid. VA-95 "Green Lizards" operated the A-4B Skyhawk from 1965-68, and BuNo. 142833 was assigned to the unit. The squadron was deployed aboard this carrier from 04 Apr 1966 to 21 Nov 1966 during the Vietnam War. The A-4 had a very high serviceability rate approaching 95 percent during the war, flying around a third of the USN sorties into North Vietnam.
