Pictured during its final take-off from homebase De Kooy. After a ceremonial formation flight over the base (with a Dutch NH90, CH-47D, AS532U2, AH-64D, Alouette and a Bell 412SP), the SH-14D type within the Royal Netherlands Navy was retired. Serial 273 was delivered to the Netherlands on 12 Feb'80 and acts now as an instructional airframe with ROC Leeuwenborgh at Maastricht Aachen Airport. 273 was furnished with a cartoon "That's all Folks" markings", finish flags, mission marks, and names of the final pilots, mechanics, and other officers. The Acta Est Fabula title is "applause, we're done"
