This Polish AF SBLim2 probably was originally built by Avia as a CS102 and later converted to SBLim2 by PZL Mielec in Poland. It carried serial 773 while in the Polish AF. The Americans painted the last three of the c/n as the serial on the fuselage, but that was not the original serial.

Entered service with Dutch navy designation SH-14B in 1980. Converted to SH-14D in 1993. Withdrawn from use in 2012. Became an instructional airframe at a school at EHBK.
