Delivered to Pan Am as N891PA in 1969. To BWIA as 9Y-TEZ in 1976 then FTC Walston Wings Inc as N3127K in 1982 and to ESAL Commodities and reregistered as VR-CBN in 1983. To Exec-Aire as N320MJ in 1988 then to Jetran Inc who were renamed to Comtran Inc in 1989 and to Omega Air in 1990. Destroyed in a fatal crash on takeoff from Marana, AZ on what would have been its last flight to Davis-Monthan AFB for use in the KC-135E program in 1990.
