Flying for Peninsula Aviation at the time, no doubt in connection with the WEF 2006, this private Boeing 727 was delivered new to American Airlines on 09 July 1968 as N2913. After its service with American the aircraft was turned into a corporate 727 and served as such for various operators from December 1980 and onwards. At one point the Boeing was re-engined with Stage 3 compliant Rolls-Royce Tay turbofan engines what can be seen by a larger air intake of the number 2 engine.
