Delivered to Lufthansa as D-ABQI in 1974. To Okada Air as 5N-CMB in 1992 then to Safair as ZS-NWA in 1995. Leased to Sun Air in 1996. Converted to a freighter and leased to DHL Worldwide Express in 1998. Leased to Airworld in 1999. Returned to Safair in 2004. Leased to Imperial Air Cargo in 2006.
