Delivered to Western Air Lines as N93145 in 1962. To Quadriga Ltd as HZ-NAA in 1978, Sheikh Kamal Adham as HZ-KA1 in 1980, Comtran as N2143J in 1989 and JAR Aircraft Services as N720JR in 1992.
