Operating a KLM flight. Delivered to KLM as PH-DEM in 1970. To Surinam Airways in 1975 then to African Safari Airways as S7-SIS in 1983 and reregistered as HB-IBF in 1987. To Airborne Express as N824AX in 1994. Withdrawn from use at Wilmington, OH in 2002 and scrapped in 2003.
