Delivered to Eastern Air Lines as N8158G in 1967. To Federal Express as N122FE in 1981 then to Kelowna Flightcraft as C-GKFB in 1994 and Air Gemini as S9-BAU in 2001. Reregistered as D2-ERN by 2009. Withdrawn from use at at Namibe, Angola in 2009 and used as a ground trainer. Still there in 2020.
