Still in the older colour scheme, most aircraft had been repainted into the blue colours by 1977. Delivered new to KLM as PH-DEK on 25 Nov 1969. leased to Philippine Airlines on 01 May 1972 and returned to KLM on 01 May 1975. To Icelandair as TF-FLV on 04 Apr 1984. To Aer Turas as EI-CAV on 31 May 1990 and converted to a freighter. To ATI as N786AL on 15 Jul 1994. To Johnsons Air as 9G-FAB on 27 Jul 2004. Noted being parted out at Ras Al Khaimah on 06 Jan 2013.
