Moored at the Nestor Falls base of its operator Northwest Flying Inc, with whom it had served since 1979. Originally delivered to the US Army in 1958 as 57-6131, serving in Alaska. Still wearing the basic colours of its first civil operator, the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh where it flew as N1UW. Later painted into Northwest Flying's brown and cream scheme.
