One of just 2 DC-10's in service with BCAL at this time. They were still mainly Boeing 707 equipped for long haul services. There is an IAS DC-8F is in the back ground. Delivered new to BCAL as G-BEBL on 31 Mar 1977. Merged into British Airways on 14 Apr 1988. To the USA on 15 Feb 2000 as N16949 for conversion to a freighter. To Varig Log as PP-VQY on 29 Apr 2001. To Kelowna Flightcraft as C-GKFB on 10 Sep 2008. Registration cancelled 07 Apr 2015. Seen at Hamilton 29 Nov 2015 engineless. Noted being broken up 18 Mar 2016.
