Tragically this aircraft was destroyed, and its 2 occupants killed, when it crashed in the Sawtooth Mountains of Idaho on 8th March 2011 whilst en-route from Wendover, UT., to Idaho Falls, ID. The accident report lists the probable cause as, "The non-instrument-rated pilot's encounter with localized instrument meteorological conditions, which resulted in spatial disorientation and a loss of airplane control.".
