Delivered to United Airlines as N8091U in 1968. Converted to a DC-8-71 in 1983. To Translift as EI-TLC in 1992. Returned to the lessor as N8091U in 1984 and converted to a DC-8-71(F) then to Emery Worldwide Airlines in 1985. Withdrawn from use at Roswell, NM in 2002 and scrapped in 2006.
