Delivered to the USAF as 54-2813 in 1954. Stored at Davis-Monthan AFB in 1987. Moved to Western International yard in 1991. Registered as N43891 then to Lineas Aereas Cando as CP-2236 in 1992 and Caribbean Flights as YV-913C in 1996. Back to Lineas Aereas Cando as CP-2236 in 1997 then to Rovos Air as ZS-BRV in 2001.
