Delivered to Trans International Airlines as N4868T in 1970 who were renamed to Transamerica Airlines in 1979. Converted to a DC-8-73CF in 1984. To Minerve as F-GESM in 1987 then to Southern Air Transport as N873SJ in 1992, DHL in 1998, Emery Worldwide Airlines in 1999 then to DHL Airways in 2002 and Astar Air Cargo in 2003. To Skybus Jet Cargo in 2013. Reregistered as OB-2158-P in 2018 then back to N873SJ in 2019 and OB-2158-P in 2021. To Heavylift Cargo Airlines as N873SJ in 2023.
