Delivered to Aeromexico as XA-PIK in 1964. To Holidair as C-FFRZ in 1989. To Agro Air International as HI-588CT, converted to a DC-8-51(F) freighter then to Alas Airlines as HI-588CA in 1990. To Agro Air International in 1991 then to Aero Transcolombiana de Carga as HK-3816X in 1992. Withdrawn from use at Miami in 1999 and scrapped in 2001.
