The Wibault 72 was a military aircraft from the interwar period, designed by the Michel Wibault aircraft company, and which served as a single-seat fighter aircraft in the French Air Force. It was a "parasol" wing monoplane and entirely made of metal. 69 units were built for the French Air Force. In 1932 in particular, it equipped 4 squadrons of the 7th Wing based in Dijon. This one depicted in the pic is seen seriously damaged. Photo from A.Littolff family album and published with her permission.
