Delivered to TWA on lease as N792TW in 1961. To Northwest Orient as N731US in 1962 then to Monarch Airlines as G-AZKM in 1971. To Jet 24 as N2464K then to Boeing in 1983. Used for parts in the KC-135E program at Davis-Monthan AFB. Remains to National Aircraft in 1991 and scrapped.
