Delivered to the Ontario Department of Lands & Forests in May 1953 and operated by the Ontario Provincial Air Service. Sold to Huron Air & Outfitting in May 1984 and operated with them until May 1998 when it was involved in a crash taking off from Machawaian Lake, Ontario.
