Built as a C-47A under a USAAF contract as 42-93194. Re-designated to a US Navy R4D-5 serial 17199 and delivered 28 April 1944. Later re-designated to a C-47H in 1962. To the US civil register as N91379 with Johnson Flying Service in February 1966. To Evergreen in June 1977. To Basler Flight Services on 13 February 1979.
