Delivered new to TDA on 20 March 1975 as JA8436. Transferred to Japan Air System in April 1988 with same registration. Sold to Airborne Express in December 1991, converted to freighter and reregistered as N955AX. To DHL from 2005 - 2010. Withdrawn from use and scrapped.
