First flight November 27th 1974 and delivered new to SAS December 18th 1974 as LN-RLZ, the final of 17 DC-9-41s delivered that year and all had Y122 seating for use on domestic and Scandiavian routes, replacing the remaining Caravelles and the DC-9-21s. March 23rd 1999 SE-DOM rr as it was sold and leased back to finance the orders for B737NGs. September 20th 2001 WFU and stored at Arlanda after 27 years flying for SAS. August 21st 2002 stored at Roswell, USA and later broken up there. Seen in final approach to rwy 01R at ENGM/OSL

First flight Decembr 10th 1969 and deliverd new to SAS January 16th 1970 as OY-KGH as the DC-9-41 no 14. Probabaly repainted to the new SAS Colours in 1984. Octobr 25th 1990 SE-DLC rr (sold to Air Partner AB and leasd back). Decembr 20th 1992 SE-DLC Nordic East Airways, and renamed "City of Stockholm" (leased Air Partner AB). Decembr 1994 to Airborne Express and convertd to freighter. January 11th 1995 N990AX Airborne Express. August 25th 2003 ABX Air tfd and from 2006 N990AX opf DHL. 2010 WFU and stored at Wilmington Airborne Airpark and broken up there. Seen after pb gate 37 to depart rwy 06

Delivered to Toa Domestic Airlines as JA8425 in 1974. To Finnair as OH-LNE in 1982 then to Spirit Airlines as N131NK in 1996 and Dinar Líneas Aéreas as LV-PIZ then LV-ZXY in 2001. Returned to Spirit Airlines as N131NK in 2002. Withdrawn from use at Tucson, AZ in 2004 and scrapped.

First flight May 4th 1974 at Long Beach. Delivered new to SAS - Scandiavian Airlines System June 18th 1974 for domestic services. Probably repainted to the new SAS colours in 1984. 09-1998 OY-KGM sold to Air 41 LLC to finance new aircraft, and leased back to SAS. December 22nd 2002 wfu at Kastrup. December 23rd 2002 N342FV fINOVA Capital Corporation, ferried to Rosweel, USA and stored. Broken up there in 2006. Shot through Terminal window, and seen ready for take-off on another domestic tour, tail of a WF Dash 7 seen behind.

Delivered to SAS-Scandinavian Airlines as LN-RLB in 1970. To Airborne Express as N971AX in 1993 who were renamed to ABX Air in 2003. Withdrawn from use at Roswell, NM in 2009 and scrapped.

Delivered to SAS as OY-KGG in 1969. Leased to Thai Airways International as HS-TGH from January 1970 to January 1971 and returned as OY-KGG. Leased to Swissair as HB-IDY in 1974 and returned as OY-KGG in 1975. To Northwest Airlines as N762NW in 1991. Withdrawn from use at Sanford, FL in 2011 and scrapped. Photographer unknown

First flight January 17th 1979, and delivered new to SAS as LN-RLP February 2nd 1979, as the third of the last 4 DC-9-41s ordered by SAS, and delivered in a "natural metal" finish. Summer 1982 LN-RLP was chosen to be painted in two differnt colours as SAS evaluated new colourss for the fleet, non of them was adopted, and LN-RLP was painted all white with the traditional SAS livery. In 1983 LN-RLP was repainted to the new SAS livery as seen on thsi photo many years later.. March 29th 1999 SE-DOO rr. December 12th 2001 wfu and stored at OSL. Aåpril 2002 stored at Roswell, USA, N78X rr. b.u. 2006
