Delivered new to TDA on 18 March 1974. To Finnair in March 1981, registered as OH-LNA. Leased to TAT European Airlines with same registration. To Ozark Airlines in November 1983, registered as N935L. Ozark merged with TWA in October 1986. Retired from TWA in December 1999. Stored at Goodyear, Arizona and scrapped there in 2000.
