Delivered to the US Navy as R6D-1 131614 in 1953. To the USAF as C-118A 51-17656 in 1958. Stored at Davis-Monthan AFB with park code CG060 in 1975. Sold as N3022F in 1976. To Jet Way by 1981 then to Confifair as C-GBYA in 1983. Destroyed in a fatal crash into the side of a mountain near Sainte-Anne-des-Monts, QC, Canada while on a spraying flight in 1989.
