Delivered to Swissair as CV440-11 HB-IMC in 1956. To Martinair as PH-MAL in 1966 and converted to a CV640. To Mid-America Airlines as N640R in 1971 then to Zantop International Airlines in 1973, C&M Airlines in 1997 and Aeronaves TSM as XA-UNH in 2010.
