Built for the USAF as 54-136. To MASDC for storage with inventory code CU030 on 21 Jul 1971. Purchased by the Foundation for Airborne Relief as N136AR for modification as a flying hospital but never converted. Official registration was apparently N136AB. Has remained at Mojave ever since.
