Operated by VR-53 a US Navy reserve squadron. Delivered to the USN as 131601 on 27 Mar 1953. Transferred to the USAF as 51-17650 in 1958 and returned to the USN in 1964. Retired to MASDC and stored with code CG103 on 12 Jun 1986. Bought by Everts Air Fuel Inc and registered N651CE in Dec 1990 but serial not carried.
