Delivered eleven days earlier, this new Southwest 737-8 MAX made a short appearance at EAA AirVenture 2023. Destination 225° is the airline's pilot cadet program. 225° is also southwest on a compass rose and the program provides pilot training for ab-initio pilots as well as newer pilots building experience for their Air Transport license.
