Built in 1969 as an F-4E-44-MC. Converted to F-4G Wild Weasel standard as an anti-SAM aircraft in 1980. Issued in 1981 to the 81st TFS / 52nd TFW at Spangdahlem AFB, Germany. Still showing elements of the markings of its last user unit - the 561st TFS at Nellis AFB, Nevada - with the squadron badge on the forward engine intake and part of the yellow and black chequered tailband remaining at the top of the rudder. In 1997 converted to QF-4G target drone AF-147 by Tracor Flight Systems. Transferred to Tyndall AFB, Florida. Shot down in a missile test over the Gulf of Mexico on 7 April 1999.
