Unknown photographer - on back of photo A-4C VA-76 NP-333. no date or location. With VMA-223 from 1961-63. VMA-211 1963-64. VMA-214 coded WE-15 1964-65. VA-144 1965. VA-76 coded NP-333 1966-67 . Shot down by MiG-17 gunfire south of Haiphong, North Vietnam on 25 Apr 1967 while operating from the USS Bon Homme Richard - CVA-31. The pilot ejected and became a POW.
