Built for the RAF as Vulcan B.2 XH537 in 1959. Retained as a devlopment aircraft and delivered in 1965. Converted to a Vulcan B.2(MRR) in 1978. Last flight to Abingdon in 1982 for use as a ground trainer and allocated maintenance serial 8749M. Scrapped in 1991. Nose preserved. To Bournemouth Aviation Museum in 2001.
