The Regional Security System (RSS) is a defence and security pact of seven Eastern Caribbean island nations, and its Air Wing received this C-26A Metro from the USA in 1999 (ex 86-0454). In 2022, Guyana joined the RSS as the 8th member state. This Metro, which is based at Barbados-Grantley Adams, visited Hato for counter narcotics operations with the local coast guard in April 2003.
