ex 4X-CTA, HR-CEF and FAH-002, eventually this Westwind was registered as HR-PHO. Later in 2003, it received a blue paint, it was retired and put up for sale 15 April 2014 and when no buyers showed interest, it was transferred to the Museo del Aire at Toncontin.
