Built as CCCP-65275 Tu-134SKh agricultural monitoring aircraft. To RA-65275 by April 1993, operated by Ivanavo Aviation Enterprise and Meridian and converted to a VIP configuration before sale to Ukraine in 2004. Owned by Asken Aviation Limited of Cyprus and operated by UES Avia. Stored with ARZ-407 at Minsk 1 by 2008, offered for sale but remained unsold and later transported to Minsk 2 (UMMS/MSQ).
