Delivered to the USAAF as 42-23969 then to the RCAF as 655 in 1943. Sold as CF-QJZ in 1971. Reregistered as C-FQJZ in 1976, N8064A in 1979 and HC-BOT in 1988. Still in service with Aero Shell in 1997. Scrapped in 2011/2012. The nose was then used as a simulator by the Instituto Tecnológico Superior Aeronáutico at Shell-Mera.
