To No. 408 (Tac Hel) Squadron, CFB Namao, Alberta, on 1 June 1971. First Twin Huey to this unit. Still with this unit in February 1995. Preserved, on display at the then RCAF Memorial Museum at Trenton, Ontario by December 2004, in UN colours.
