Unknown photographer - 'on back of photo F-104G, JBG36, Hopsten.' Built by SABCA. First flight 06 Oct 1964. Delivered 11 Jan 1965 as KH+159 with LVR3. To 1st Sqn JBG36 as DF+121 at Hopsten on 12 Mar 1965. Reserialled to 26+10 in first few months of 1968. With JBG33 at Buchel 16 Dec 1974. With JBG32 at Lechfeld 09 Jan 1976. With JBG33 at Buchel 10 Mar 1976. Crashed at Thalheim near Erding on 26 Aug 1982 due to engine failure after a bird strike shortly after take off from Erding AB. The pilot ejected safely.
