Rollout of the second 707 airframe, soon renamed Clipper Maria. The first 707 airframe was N708PA, also for Pan Am but test-flown in Boeing colours. Compared to the 367-80 prototype and the C-135 Stratotanker (Model 717), the 707 had fuselage width expensively increased by just 10 cm (4 in).
