The coast guard of Haiti, established in 1996, used this former US Army UH-1H (ex 65-10096] for a number of years as HH-PNH. It is seen here stored at Toussaint-Louverture airport, devoid of a registration but with coast guard titles and PNH-abbreviation of National Police of Haiti in French.
