Delivered to Alitalia as I-DIKE in 1967. Reregistered as N902DC in 1983 then I-DIBS in 1987. Returned to the lessor and stored at Smyrna, TN in 1993. Registered as N4157A in 1994 then to Aerocalifornia as XA-TAF in 1995. Withdrawn from use at La Paz, Mexico when they ceased operations in 2008. Still there in 2021.
