On 12 November 2002, N382AA was seized in Panama. Owned by Mexican company Aries at the time, it had more than 3 million US dollars hidden in the tanks of the aircraft. It was assigned to the Servicio Aereo Nacional after the juridical procedures were finished, however it was never taken on strength, its serial SAN-301 is painted out and it was left derelict in the corrosion corner of Marcos Gelabert airport.
